What to include

Please include the app name, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email private photos, documents, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app when available. You can view or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Privacy requests

For a privacy question or deletion request, email gopalsorathiya@gmail.com and identify the relevant app. Apps without accounts generally store their information locally, which you can remove by using the app's reset controls or uninstalling the app.
