Privacy Policy
Your data should stay yours.
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by Gopal Sorathiya that link to this page. An app-specific notice below describes any permissions or processing unique to that app.
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Our general approach: We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. We limit access to information needed to provide the features you choose to use.
Information you choose to provide
An app may let you enter labels, preferences, reminders, search terms, feedback, or other content. Unless an app-specific notice says otherwise, this information is stored on your device and is not sent to a developer-operated server.
Device permissions and user content
Some apps need permission to access features such as Photos, files, notifications, location, camera, or microphone. The app asks for permission through the operating system and uses the authorized access only to provide the related feature. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
On-device processing
Where stated in an app-specific notice, indexing, recognition, classification, recommendations, and other analysis are performed on your device. Information processed only on your device is not collected by us.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We may receive product and entitlement status needed to unlock purchased features. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app stores the selected schedule or preferences needed to deliver them. You can turn notifications off in the app or in device settings.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide aggregated diagnostics or crash information when you choose to share analytics with app developers through your device settings. We do not use this information to track you across apps or websites.
Service providers
Apps may rely on platform services supplied by Apple, including App Store purchases, notifications, file pickers, Photos APIs, geocoding, and operating-system intelligence frameworks. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored app information remains on your device until you clear it through the app, remove the app, or erase the device. If an app offers an account or server-backed service, its app-specific notice will explain retention and deletion choices. You may contact us for privacy questions or deletion assistance.
Children's privacy
Apps covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13 unless an app-specific notice states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated account or server without appropriate authorization.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by each app. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when an app, platform requirement, or legal obligation changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material app-specific changes will also be reflected in the relevant App Store privacy disclosure.

Prism Smart Organizer
Prism can access photos, videos, and folders that you authorize. It stores its index, file metadata, labels, collection data, bookmarks, and preferences locally. OCR and image analysis use Apple's on-device frameworks. When you search for a place, the place text may be sent to Apple's geocoding service to resolve a search area; Prism does not send your photo library with that request. Prism has no advertising, developer-operated account, or cross-app tracking.
