These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Nearon: Bluetooth Finder ("Nearon", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nearon is a Bluetooth device discovery and tracking application that helps users locate nearby Bluetooth-enabled devices using Bluetooth signal strength, directional indicators, saved devices, device history, and optional map-based features.
The App is intended to assist users in locating nearby Bluetooth devices and does not guarantee precise location accuracy or successful recovery of any device.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Nearon. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful within your jurisdiction.
You may use Nearon solely for personal and lawful purposes.

Nearon relies on Bluetooth and location services provided by your device and operating system.
Bluetooth signal strength, estimated distance, directional indicators, and projected locations are approximations and may be affected by:
Because of these limitations, Nearon does not guarantee exact device locations or successful recovery of lost devices.
The App may allow you to save Bluetooth devices for future reference.
Saved information is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any information you consider important.
Nearon offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Nearon Pro") through Apple's App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Nearon, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, and related content, is owned by Novyble and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the App will meet every user's requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novyble, its affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective upon posting.
